What services do you provide? – Cutting, Etching, & Engraving!

What materials are available? – Any! Wood, Plastic, & Metal! We have access to mostly any material needed for your project!

What is the turnaround time? – It can vary on project size and if we have orders in front of yours. Typically we’re very quick and will start on your project right away after going over it with you! 

Do you ship? – Yes, We do!

When can I expect a response to my inquiry? – 24 to 48 hours or less!

What file type should I provide? – Our machines work best with the following file types .ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg, .dxf. Any other file types such as images may come with an extra fee.

Do I need to provide a project file? – No. However, fees will be applied if the project file needs to be created by SMDmfg.com. It is best to provide one!

Do you have a return/ refund policy? – NO returns. Services and products are final. If a project is not correct on our end, a refund can be negotiated.
